Retirement Age of Central Government Employees.
The retirement age of Central Government employees is likely to raise to 62 years.
The decision in this regard may be taken by the Central Cabinet Sub Committee this week.

Govt. must increase the retirement age to minimum 62 years because these experienced employee who are retiring at the age of 60, are have nothing to do good for govt after the retirement , as the health of these employees are very good and they can serve better than others.also govt could save rs.5200 cr. exchequer, while these will work on only 10-20% os salary.
i want u to increase the retirement age to minimum 62 years for the benefit of the central govt and also for the benefit of states govt so that it also save more funds for the development of the country
The Present Govt Must raise the retirement age of all central Govt. Employees for the tranparency in the indipendent country.All should at 62 or 65 what ever it may be. there must be equality. The rules must be same to all employees of the country There is no question of availability or non availability.The question does not arise Teaching and non teaching .In case of non avaiability they must be extended to certain period by paying On contractual basis. THERE SHOULD NOT BE ANY DISPARITY WHICH MAY SPOIL THE WHOLE NATION .

Yes the retirement age of central govt.employees must be increase to 62 years.Due to maturity and experiences politician have no age bar,whereas they are also become pensioner.On the other hand there are acute shortage of experience and matured staff in all central offices and recruitment has also been stopped except railway.It will be more and more beneficial to increase the retiring age to 62.

the retirement age of emploees of any organization must based on the capacities of a normal person in terms of working and service condition to be provided by his or her employer.
Government should not increase the retirement age of the any employee at any cost. We are suprised to know the employees who are demanding to increase the retirement age for their selfishness. Government should focussing to decrease the unemployment instead of increasing age. We want the government should decrease the retirement age upto 50 years on the condition of one job/emploment to the son/daughter of the working employees. Only some of the employees who are looting the country demanding of increase in age they are not worry about our unemployed youths and feel only their kith and kins.
