Productivity Linked Bonus order for the year 2010-2011.

The bonus is equivalent of emoluments of 60 (sixty) days to the employees of Department of Posts in Group ‘D’, Group ‘C’ and non-gazetted Group ‘B’. Ex-Gratia payment of Bonus to Gramin Dak Sevaks

who are regularly appointed after observing all appointment formalities, and Ad-hoc payment of bonus to Casual labours who have been conferrred Temporary status are also to be paid equivalent to allowances / wages respectively for 60 dyas for the same period.

Calculation of Bonus:

Bonus will be calculated on the basis of the following formula:

(Average emoluments * number of days of Bonus ) / (30.4 * Average no. of days in a month)

The emoluments shall be restricted to Rs. 3500 only.

Railway PLB Bonus:

More than 13.5 lakhs railway employees to get the benefits. The beneficiaries of the bonus would be non-gazetted employees of the railways and exclude Railway Protection Force and Railway Protection Special Force.

Productivity Linked Bonus order for the Year 2009-2010 issued by Finance Ministry.

Central Government Employees Bonus For the Year 2009-10.

Equivalent to 30 days of emoluments for the account year 2009-2010 to the central Government Employees in Group ‘C’ and ‘D’ and all non-gazetted employees in Group ‘B’ who are not covered by any Productivity linked bonus Scheme.

Calculation Ceiling- Rs 3500.
