I m employee of Ordanance Clothing Factory(Ministry Of Defence) Shahjahanpur,. I want to know about the arier during my job period 01-01-06 to aUG 2007. i was appointed as a tailor semi skilled on 22/01.2002 , i got promotion as Tailor Skilled on 04/04/2004 and next i was promoted on Aug 2007 as Tailor HighSkilled. But according to new pay comission i was know as Tailor High Skilled from 01/01/2006 so please let me know should i get arier from 01/01/2006 to aug 2007
