  2. Respected Ms Simi R Nakra kindly make this leave as family care leave (FCL) which can be availed during the period till one's retirement so that each and every senior or junior can avail this facility. As you know, being a lady, women always have responsibility of their children at every stage either the child is of 18 years, below 18 years or above 18 years. Because after 18 years it is the time to build their careers and higher studies and marriages. They need care of their parents. We have also to take care of our in laws who were at all the times with us and now they also need care. So please consider our request and delete the condition of granting CCL to those mothers whose children are below 18 years. We are senior women employees and hoping for your favourable action in this regard. Thanks

  4. Dear Madam/sir

While welcoming CCL to women employees in the service appreciate if a small % of CCL may also be given to menfolk in line with Paternity leave, as in the modern world it nuclear fly with the concept of one child where both are away for work for 12-18 yrs in a day which leaves the child all alone in the care of stranger at creche.

Once again appreciate if provision can be made in the ccl for the men folk tks
