I joined in service as steno, gr-iii on 03 oct 79 and i promoted as steno gr-ii on 98 further promoted on 2004 as steno gr-i again got promoted on mar 14 as pvt secretary. As I completed more than 30 years service i got one acp and 2 macps as i got threeACP and macps so that i had not been awarded any financial benefit on promotions, now i have retired on 31 may 15, am i benefited on this pl reply.
