  4. respt sir/Madam,
I joined as pharmacist in DHS, Delhi govt. in the year 1990. In the month of August 2012,department has given GP4200/- w.e.f 1.1.2006, but also treated it as 1st MACP.2nd MACP given in GP4600/- and 3rd MACP in GP 4800/-. reason given for that any non functional upgration given should be trated as Promotion as per DOPT order 2005. so fast track committee clarifies that non functional upgration given weather be trated as Promotion or entry grade for pharmacist.
