Defence Civil: 11.35 %

 

Communication and IT: 7.7 %

 

Finance: 3.62 %

 

Other Ministries and Departments: 9.76 %

 

Regular Employees: 3.20 Lakh

 

Total Women Employees: 10.26.

 

Non Gazzetted Employees: 96 %.

 

57.80 Regular employees are Group C

 

Group D (Now Group C) 30.62 %.

 

Group B: 8.63 %

 

Group A: 2.95 %

 

53% of employees are living in ‘C’ Class and unclassified cities.

 

15.31 % in B2 Cities.

 

4.61% in B1 Cities.

 

11.10% in A Cities

 

15.66% in A1 Cities.

Central govt employees are redusing/shortage drastically,this is high time, govt must re-think and act urgently to stop retirement for next two years, by increasing the retirement age to 62 years,they may increase for group 'A' Officers age to 65 years,because of deep shortage as only 2.95% are left in for working. An urgent need to act by govt which are failing on various issues connected at large to ppl of india.all they have work hard for redressal of accontability toward the govt.

     
  3. Employment rate in 2011 is decreasing. Thus, we need to work harder and impress the superiors for them to keep us.

    the govt. would look after this message in letter and sprit, Sept. 2011 will be ending soon,yet, govt. has not issued any order of extension of retirement age to 62 years.Kindly inform to the concerned ministry to act fast.
