If authoties want to make LDC more responsible, it should be essential to increase the Grade pay of LDC Rs. 2400 After pay commision the grade pay of Gr. D employes are 1900/- equal to LDC, so no difference between peon & LDC(Who have passed a competative exam). I request to authorities to take this issue on priorty basis and make better enviorment for working capicity of LDC.

The Grade pay should be fixed as per the QUALIFICATION of the employee and service the 8th std qln. getting equal grade pay as degree employee.no respect for qualification. so GRADE is the important role to differ,in fixing the Grade pay please kindly intervene and do the needful. to verify the working capacity.
Sir, point to allow Schedule -II to promotees at par with direct recruits not been discussed. It is the first and clrear cut anomaly for making disparity among direct recutis and departmental promottees. Please takeup the matter with government.

Since last 3 hours i am visiting the various websites searching about the stepping up of pay of senior with reference to the direct junior appointed on or after 01.01.06, but there is no satisfactory result in the matter. i m presently serving in Para-Military as Constable (SSB,MHA)(Dt of apptt- march-2005) and drawing 650/-less basic pay than the personnel junior to me and have appointed on 01.01.06. Since 3 years have been gone but the necessary instruction for stepping up are still awaited.we have raised the point so many time but we are told that the proposal has been sent to MHA and the decision is pending with thereof. No body is paying heed to the matter, as we are getting more 1500/- less /month than our junior in the same cadre and same rank. Is there anyone who is looking or will look into the matter?
