What will be the New Dearness Allowance Rate w.e.f July 2011 ?

 

It is expected that at-least 7% increase will be there in DA from  July 2011.

 

Present DA Rate

There was an increase of 6% DA from 1st January 2011 and the Current DA rate is 51%.

 

Which Factors will Decide the DA Increase ? 

Latest-DA-Order-July-2011 The Dearness Rate is calculated on the basis of AICPIN.

 

AICPIN for the month of January – 188

AICPIN for the Month of February – 185

 

The final picture will come only after the release of AICPIN for the month of June 2010.

    Food charges in journey period on temporary duty may be paid with out receipt of hotel and railway catering because there is no receipt available in journey period.

  74. There should be 15% D.A. from July, 2011. Due to high price rise in Diesel, Petrol, LPG and Kerocene Oil, the price of all the products goes on sky. So the govt. should announce 15% DA.
