Group D posts abolished by Ministry of Communications and Information Technology, Department of Posts. Now there will be no more group d employees in postal department.
Orders have been issued by Directorate. It will be published in imyideas soon.

what grade pay will be allowed to such gr.D employees it will be 1800/- or 1900/-. if it is 1800/- then it is simply change of lable extract work without compensating suitably

If Gr. 'D' Posts is abolished then what will be the duty of illiterate (NTC) Gr.'D' those are presently working as Safaiwala Water Carrier, Farash etc.?
What the Dept. of Posts is thinking about it?
