Non Objection Certificate is required for central government employees when they want to visit any foreign countries.

I smita naik working as Office Superintendent at Naval Pay Office. I want to go to abroad for short trip next month and want to apply for NOC for the same. Whats the Procedure to apply??
The clerk that does this is on 15 days holidays. I am Planning my trip on 5th may. I want NOC Immediately.

I have need of NOC for obtaining Indian Passport.
I am servicing in Navodaya Vidyalaya Samiti ,an Autonomous Organization of Ministry of H.R.D.Department of Education.Thev samiti saying that vide their letter under reference that as per GOI, MHA OM No.VI/40/83 Dated 09-07-2002.NOC form department is not mandatory for Central Government Employees for obtaining passport.However office should be intimated about the seme by the applicant and apply for Indian Passport in the routine channel.After getting the passport, the Regional Office is to be informed invariably by the employee concerned.
RESPECTED SIR , Passport Office demanding perfect NOC from department .The office not issueing the NOC. How can I get it.

MY SELF SANJAY KODAIN . I AM WORKING IN FOREST DEPTT IN INDIA. I AM MOUNTINEER .LAST MONTH I WAS GOING IN ABROED FOR ELBURS EXEPIDITION . I HAVE ALEREDY APPLY FOR NOC IN OUR DEPTT. BUT IT WAS SLOW PROSECING AND I DONT GET MY NOC BEFORE ABORED EXEPIDITION. THEN WITHOUT NOC I HAVE COMPLET MY EXEPIDITION. NOW I COME BACK IN INDIA .
