Download the exe and files  from the above links and copy it into the previously installed folder (ie probably the installation folder may be C:\Program Files\Pension Calculator\bin\Debug)

Go to that folder and copy the newly downloaded exe and reports  to that folder. Overwrite the existing exe and reports.
