Bihar state government employees heaved a sigh of relief on Tuesday amid speculation and wait when chief minister Nitish Kumar decided to the implementation of the Sixth Pay Revision report that was under the consideration of the state government.
Nitish made this announcement after releasing his government’s annual report card on completing four years in office. "The government will take a decision soon and the employees will get their gift in the new year," he said.
The CM also announced an increment of Rs 1,000 in the fixed salary category for the newly recruited teachers with effect from April 1, 2010.
