7% increase in Dearness Allowance from July 2011 ?

Latest DA for July 2011

Central Government cabinet Decision likely to be on 15th Thursday.

Expected DA July 2011 Order

 

Central Government employees DA will be expected to be increased by 7%. The decision is expected to be taken in the cabinet Meeting which is going to be held on 15/09/2011 , Thursday. The current Dearness Allowance rate is 51%. It will now become 58%. Last time the DA Increase was 6% only. This increase in DA will be with effect from this July 2011.

  4. Recent hike of petrolium products viz kerosin,petrol, diesel, LPG CNG, DMS & Mother dairy Milk, bus fare,vegetables, food grains, public transport and what not ?
    Compare to the above price hike of day to day use commodities during the last quarter 7% is too low it should not be less then 10%. will this Govt. look into or otherwise poor will go poorer & Rupee is devalued every hour & gold is increasing like any thing. We the poorly paid govt servants are expecting an increase of 7% only ?
    Rather Govt should control market drastically.

    As per the market price (physically), the govt. should increase DA more than 10%.
