Sir,
we have not got justice yet in connection with the marger of 5000-8000, 5500-9000 & 6500-10500/- with the Grade pay of Rs. 4,600. Rs. 4600/- grade pay have been granted to 6500-10500 only, but 5000-8000 & 5500-9000 have been left out. When we will get it ? When we will get justice ?

I am prirvise Gr."D" staff as a peon now i have no promotion to the next scale or next grad pay, pre revise pay sacle was 2550 and next promotion scale is 2610 now 6th CPC marger this two scale .how can I got next promotion. please reply.

sir, i am working as a LDC since 1994 - presently in the pay scale of 3050-75-3950-80-4590 (Pre-2006 pay scale. I have not got any promotion or ACP. under ACP, Since in our department, there is not promotional avenue i. e. there is not any post of UDC -my post has been become isolated and therefore it is proposed to grant 1st upgradation under ACP scheme in the pre-revised pay scale of Rs. 4000-100-6000 w. e. f. 01/07/2006 as per the clarification issued by the Government of India at Sr. No. 10 vide O.M. dated 10/02/2000 to the ACP scheme notified vide O. M. No. 35034/1/97-Estt(D) dated 09/08/1999- please suitable guidance may be conveyed to whether this type of upgradation can be allowed or i have to go for next higher pay as per ACP
Ex cadre and other techincal posts /isolated cadres in Gr B are more sufferer in the Govt India services pay commission never considered their pay scales
I joined in the General Central service Gr B Non – Gaztted Non Ministerial in the pay sale of in the pay scale of Rs. 1640-2900/ 5500 – 9000 (pre-revised) with the only promotional avenue in the hierarchy of Assiant Director, in the pay scale of Rs 8000-250-13500 (General Central service Gr-A-Non – Gaztted, Non Ministerial.)I have joined the post 1 1 1993, On completion of (12) twelve years of regular service, I was granted the first financial up-gradation in the pay scale of Rs 6500-10500 w. e. f 1.1.2005 not falling under my service hierarchy and denied the appropriate scale of pay (Rs 8000-13500) attached to my promotional post of Assistant Director Rs. 8000-13500, on par with other hierarchy of analogous posts/cadres under other Depts. of Central Government, because of the only promotional post of Asstt Director was abolished in my Department but the posts and Pay scale are exist in the departments and in the other Govt. departments. The right procedure and the rules followed, while granting financial Up-gradation under Assured Career progress Scheme prior to 1.1.2006. the right possition may be conveyed
Two of our staff members are working in MSME-TC, Govt. of India, Kolkata-108 as Casual Workers holding Temporary Status for last 17 years. In response to their request for regularization of services and permanent absorption in Gr. D Post their Head Office raises a question of sponsoring their name from Employment Exchange. Please clarify whether it is necessary of sponsoring name from Employment Exchange when already they got Temporary Status.

I get promotion on 1.1.2008.
I not get any benifits till today.
What is my present position About scale and GP ?
