There should be different /enhanced age for retierment for highly qualified peoples ( Phd.in Sciences,)who obtain it before joinning the GOVT. Service.There reierment age should be 65-70 years.
Central government employees retirement age should be reduced to 58, because we are going from a difficult phase of our economy and we see that lots of newly graduated young kids are coming from different Universities and If we cant' provide them a decent jobs, I think, we may see a total explosion in a civic
society, which we may stopped to some extent, if we wish. Well, Govt, need to take a courage's step in this regard.
It may be wiser and progressive for the young generation if retirement age of Central Govt Employees is should be like of Keral and Jharkand.
